Man's People | Future plans

We firmly believe that Corporate Responsibility plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the culture of innovation and continuous improvement so integral to Man Group, and that its data and disciplines are key in helping us manage our most important asset: our people. Over the next year we will continue to:

  • rollout our workshops programme contextualised to reflect our people's needs since the repositioning of our business;
  • develop our employee survey programme and to embed required actions;
  • review, enhance and integrate our staff handbooks, increase provision of help lines and generally enhance our people's access to confidential advice, extend the performance appraisal process to all our people, and increase average training days per employee; and
  • embed our Human Rights policy more deeply throughout our business.

The Corporate Responsibility team are planning to launch an ethics workshop and interactive online test to complement its staff engagement programme. The rationale for this initiative is to reinforce Man's commitment to achieve the highest standards of ethics in all its activities, both at a corporate level and in the individual actions of all staff.
